Our wood flooring ranges
Solid wood flooring
Solid wood flooring is made from a solid piece of timber cut from a tree and then formed into planks and kiln dried. It’s the only flooring type that improves with age, and it can be updated throughout the years by re-sanding and finished with a stain or varnish. Solid wood flooring is elegant, flexible and very durable, it’s hard wearing benefits make it ideal for most rooms and environments.
Engineered wood flooring
Engineered wood flooring is very popular due to it being compatible with underfloor heating. The flooring is made with multiple layers, the top and bottom layer is 100% natural wood while the middle is made of 5 to 7 layers of plywood that are crisscrossed in different directions. Quick-Step's engineered wood flooring is recommended to customers that are looking for a floor that will keep with their busy lifestyle, and will withstand risks of damages from pets or children!
